LiveTime release Ajax Based Softwares

LiveTime, a California based software company, has recently released more than 100 productivity softwares that will be included in their latest suite of services. Now on its version 5 (V5), the software company has focused their creation on softwares for more interaction with the customers. Most of the new softwares that were released are Ajax based programs. It will have the ability to interact more with the customers by deploying better Web 2.0 functionality in their clients' websites or portal for customer management.

There are five new programs that were integrated to V5.

Language customization – Users of LiveTime will no longer be constricted with the English language. New features will include new languages as users will be able to choose the language they prefer from the list when they log in to use the all new LiveTime software.

Surveys – Customer satisfaction is always an imperative for every company.  Customers will now be able to rate their experience with the company or with with the recent transaction they have encountered. Fully using the Web 2.0 functionality, clients will be able to access the latest reviews of the customers.

Reports – With the ability to access the latest reports on customer reviews, it's now possible to get real time reports. Reports can also be customized regarding the preference of the user.

Live Chat – The key update of the new productivity suite is the ability to communicate in real time. Forget about passive emails as clients still have to wait for a response. Real time interaction between the customer and the company are recorded and monitored to ensure quality of the transaction.

RSS Feeds – Instead of going back to the site again and again for updates, customers will now have the ability to monitor the changes on various incidents with RSS feeds. Their feed will automatically give them updates on the latest on the incidents and monitor if there are any actions were done.

These and 100 more products are released with the v5 update. The company is in a start of a revolution to create suites that can be customized to the preference of the users.

With the use of Ajax, the internet experience of customers will be fuller. Web 2.0 is fully embraced with the new programs posted by LiveTime. As one of the companies that specialize in ITIL or Information Technology Infrastructure Library, it's a challenge to use Ajax in this type of businesses.
