SSS Research to Work With NGA

A recent announcement was made by the SSS Research that it’s working with the NGA or the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency. It’s a program that will help boost the intelligence group to get more information different places not only the in country but also in various parts of the world. SSS Research will be working closely with NGA to enhance their program and be efficient in their Geospatial gathering service. As a Federal service; they should be able to get only the best. After talking with other groups, the SSS Research easily stood out among other companies that offered to work with this service. SSS Research is one of the leaders in providing services not only in companies that are member of the Forbes Top 2000 companies but also with the Federal Government. Their services may not be known by other people but they are closely working with different corporations who need e-services in a large scale bases. Their services are always expanding to other areas and its latest project with the NGA proves they are able to respond to the needs of the client. The project of SSS Research with the NGA is to gather Geospatial information about a certain area. If you check the website of SSS Research, they are on the verge of creating something like Google Maps. However, the company is not only doing something like Google Maps, it’s also expanding the ability of the program to access other vital information about the area. It’s being studied to be implemented not only the country but in other various parts of the globe at the same time. SSS Research will give NGA the ability to know more about the place. It’s not just the driving directions but they are able to get the basic geographical facts of the place. The program is also thought to work in real time and not in pre-set information, The company will be heavily using Ajax for this project. Since this program has been proven to be very effective in Google Maps, it should be able to work well with this project. Aside from the ability of Ajax to get and distribute information faster, Ajax will also foster collaboration. Users will be able to access the information and those that are authorized can easily change the information and see the results in real time. This is huge endeavor since its Federal Service and information have to be updated constantly. Ajax will obviously work on heavy traffic and could ease congestion of information through its different approach in providing information. SSS Research CEO, Dr. Stephen Eick has made this statement regarding this project, “We are very pleased to have been selected to provide the visualization software for this key initiative. NGA plays such an important role in supporting the Intelligence and Defense communities, we are happy to collaborate on such a critical analysis tool.” Using Ajax technology, NGA should be able to access and analyze the information in a certain location faster. Working in a fast paced and information driven environment could be well handled by Ajax.
