This October, the 2007 Ajax Experience in Boston will be as explosive as ever. Thousands of participants are quite eager to hear what the speakers have to say. And these speakers aren’t enthusiasts themselves.
They have proven to be the best in the industry and they are set to give the latest news, tips and tricks about Ajax. Here are five of the top speakers that will be appearing in this convention.
- Dion Almaer – Dion should be on top of the list not only because of his expertise but he was one of the people who started this convention! The 2007 Ajax convention has partnered with Ajaxian.com to organize things. Dion is not only busy organizing the upcoming convention but he has become the leading authorities in knowing up close and personal the know web developers in the world of Ajax. He has extensively written about Ajax and has participated in numerous conventions to tell us about this great programming technique. His blog and podcasts can be checked online as he interviews these famous personalities in Ajax.
. - Brent Ashley – if you want learn Ajax, better contact this guy. Brent was one of the first programmers to introduce the Ajax technique of coding. Even before it was a big buzz in 2005, Ashley was already introducing it to developers since 2000. Ashley was also one of the pioneers in creating web toolkits to easily create Ajax based applications without the hassle of knowing everything in the internet world. Know Ajax right from the scratch.
. - J.J. Zhuang – Zuang’s dedication to the Web 2.0 has caught the attention of the programming community. As a member of the developing team for Zimbra, they were able to bring Ajax closer to the daily interactive environment. Zuang is an expert in telecommunications software and has a very impressive track record. Among his achievements is the adaptation of CAD visualization to bioinformatics. He’ll be talking about how Zimbra is being developed into a program that can be used offline. As Zimbra was recently purchased by Yahoo, this could be really interesting.
. - Bill Scott – Bill is one of the chief architect and engineer of Yahoo. What makes him really special for this convention is his dedication not only to the Web 2.0 experience but in Ajax in its entirety. Before he became part of Yahoo, Bill is a very active member of the open source programming while working for various companies. He has been in the business for more than 20 years and has seemed to have done it all.

. - Carla Mott – Java is most certainly a big part of Ajax programming. Having said that it’s only proper that Sun – a pioneer in developing Java, should have a say in this convention. Mott becomes the perfect candidate to speak in this conference because of her expertise and contribution to jMaki, Sun’s very own webtool kit. She brings with her more than 10 years of experience in Java and open source application particularly in the development of Ajax.
