About the Web Developer Position: Partner with server and other tools engineers to drive requirements, design, and development for UI tools  Work closely with Product Management, Support, and Services to ensure the overall UI strategy is consistent and stable  Create requirements specifications and mock-ups  Develop web-based applications using CSS, DHTML, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, and AJAX technologies  Utilize best practices to build working, cross-browser UI prototypes that other develops can decompose and instrument with server side codes Qualifications: Minimum of 3 years experience developing web based applications using CSS, DHTML, JSP, JSTL, JavaScript, and/or AJAX technologies  Thorough understanding of full web request lifecycle for dynamically driven websites, including session persistence mechanisms and backend database experience (MS SQL, Oracle, DB2, MySQL)  Usability experience with an emphasis on simplifying complex and large information sets  Demonstrated experience working in a mature development environment using Perforce, Bugzilla, automated builds, and automated unit tests  Exposure to app servers: IIS, JBoss, Apache/Tomcat About us: Initiate Systems is the proven leader in one of the world’s hottest enterprise software categories: Master Data Management (MDM).
