Hey I need HTML/WEBSITE Help?

Ok, I'm trying to make this "Bully Video Game Help Site" I was wondering how do you get HTML or stuff to make like a register form....I'm an intermediate at html...I can make website templates and stuff like that...But can't make that...Please help...Best answer to the first person that It works for!!

You need to learn php, there just isn't enough room here to teach you. I would love to assist you, but you're asking WAY TOO MUCH... go find a book on PHP.
