Is AJAX Dead?

Adobe Flex, Microsoft Silverlight, and now Sun JavaFX all seem to take direct aim at the dozens of AJAX vendors who have coalesced into a nice market over the past two years. Yet all three of these 'AJAX Killers' are also members of OpenAJAX. What is going on here?
