SupportCenter Develops Free AJAX Software

SupportCenter has integrated an AJAX-y user interface to its helpdesk software, and is now offering a free version as well. Viktor Zeman, CTO and Czech-based SupportCenter project manager says the company has differentiated itself from competitors: 'As an internet software vendor, we handle hundreds of support requests daily. Surprisingly, many expensive helpdesk software solutions failed to meet our expectations. AJAX, Web 2.0 and Usability can make labour-intensive tasks such as online customer support much more effective and convenient.
