I need help with html... I created an html file in publisher and uploaded...

...it onto a remote server. however? when someone else tries to open the file, they can't see any of the image. i tried rebuilding it in dreamweaver, but it looks like crap and I can't align the images the way I want to. Does anyone know how to manipulate dreamweaver to make it act like publisher or at least get the images to lay out in the order I want? Or does anyone have insight on how to avoid a crappy redesign in dreamweaver? I'm so confused!
