I need a java or html code to get rid of all toolbar menu items to lock people...

...into a test their taking.? I need the whole page to maximize so they can't go to start menu or have any toolbar menu's. When people take this test on my website I don't want them to be able to cheat by using another web browser to find the answer.

If this was on a computer in a classroom, that you were in charge of, there would probably be software to do what you want here.However, you're talking about remotely affecting the computer of anyone who goes to your website? I'm sure you have good intentions, but what would want to do sort of follows the definition of hijacking someone's computer.
