How can I implement custom form data into an XML URL?

Here's the problem: Our travel company wants to create a custom reservation wizard using XML data pulled from our provider. We need to know how we can take the form data customers submit on our search wizard and add it to the URL that pulls the data, so that we may display the correct results?
