TechTarget Acquires TechnologyGuide.com and Ajaxian.com

Information technology media company TechTarget, Inc. (TTGT) said Monday that it recently acquired TechnologyGuide.com, Inc., a company with a portfolio of Internet content sites that provide product reviews, price comparisons and user forums for mobile technology products such as laptops and smartphones. TechTarget also acquired Ajaxian, Inc., a Web site and conference which provides content for the community of developers for 'Ajax', a web development technique for creating interactive web applications.
