pictures are not converted to html. You can post to a website a .jpg or a .gif save your image as either of these.

You can automatically open up a regular picture with your web browser - no need to convert to html. Right click on image > Open with > internet explorer / firefox.

i use www.photobucket.com you upload your photos their and it gives you html code plus codes for e mailing them ect. you can also make really cools slideshows and even upload video's to make a remix.The site will put the pictures on your myspace for you or you can just use the codes yourself.

html is a programming language. A picture is a file within the page of html code. You just place the jpg or gif picture file into the body of the code. Good luck.
