Is it possible to Remove all CSS Elements and Encoding from a Page using

Apple's Safari Web Browser? Firefox can Remove All CSS elements and encoding on a website, leaving only the basic HTML elements by clicking on 'Page Style' then 'No Style'. But is it possible to complete this same process using the Safari Web Browser

i have a mac and safari. if you tell me what css elements and encoding is, then i can check and see...sorry, but it's the best i can do...♥
