Firefox and Opera are both great. Safari for Windows is a beta product. Try it out but use one of the others as your main browser.

This is a hard one!! There is no definite answer for this unfortunately, but I will say:Safari for Windows is only in beta version, it is no where as safe as Firefox for Windows. The Opera browser is kind of slow, and I wouldn't recommend it. So, I guess Firefox wins this one! P.S.I believe Safari for Windows will become more secure and better as it's final release comes out.

I would say firefox-its quick, blocks pop up and spam, and updates itself.

I would definitely say, it's Firefox. I haven't even tried safari though..:D How about internet explorer, do you guys will use it or you prefer the others? I have been using Firefox for quite a while now and so far, I have no problems or complaints with it.
