Ajax making problem with Arabic language

Dear all,

I did one project in asp (classical) with help of ajax. I can insert records to database and can fetch records from database by using Ajax property(without refresh the page).But while fetching some arabic records from database it shows some ?????????? marks instead of exact arabic words. This problem is only with the fetched value by Ajax.
My Board Encoding is (Arabic-windows) ((charset=windows-1256)).

I Like ajax features but how can I solve this problem?
I have googled but no way.

Didn't try this b4, but I think you need to re-write javascript including like this :
