PHP, Cookies, HTML oh My!!!!?

I'm trying to make a website to where it will remember you, store your user info, let me know IP adress and all that, I don't know how to start a cookie code though! anyone know anything or any good sites? I've already googled it!

There are a lot of cookie tutorials out there on the web for PHP.
