i am suresh, i am new to Ajax, can any one tell me what is Ajax? how it will be used in Realtime projects?

Well from what Ive recently learnt, AJAX uses a combination of different launguages to make the page more "interactive" so you can change little bits of it without having to reload the whole page.

It can save on bandwidth in the long run on big sites etc. Whilst it may be hard to code, it makes it easiers for users in the long run!
