XML Parsing Error: no element found

Hi
i create xml file that contains non english text and use iconv to convert the encoding and save that xml and view it on my local server and it works fine and appears well

when i test it on the remote server it gives me error message says:
XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: http://mywebsite.com/tree.xml
Line Number 2

any help
