Unfortunately, no there isn't a way because Yahoo! wants everything more simplistic so that it is more user-friendly. On your old Yahoo! Profile, your cool links must be in HTML format, and in Yahoo! 360, your feeds must be in RSS form. There is no way to change the layout and you cannot have more than 3 links like that.
