Is it possible to Remove all CSS Elements and Encoding from a Page using

Apple's Safari Web Browser? Firefox can Remove All CSS elements and encoding on a website, leaving only the basic HTML elements by clicking on 'Page Style' then 'No Style'. But is it possible to complete this same process using the Safari Web Browser
