Ricardo,There are ways for Central American web designer/developers to get jobs from US companies. This is the ongoing trend with Eastern European and Southeast Asian countries. The site I use for outsourcing these job is:
www.elance.comI have used them for logo designs, web developments, etc. You can have people sign up with them.If I were you, this is what I would do. You can be their middleman for this. The way you can help them out and for you to make money is this. For elance account, I belive you need to pay them a subscription fee per year. You can set up your company, pay the fee, and have the web designers/developers work for your company.This way, they are your independent contractors and both are happy making money.As for the elance... I have only used them for minor things. I do not know how much money is to be made or how much work you will get out of it... That's your job to find out and run the numbers/figures.Good luck!
