I would personally check out templatemonster.com You can buy a website from there for around $100. The issue is you will need it customized, and it is not updatable by yourself. The problem is that flash is not easily updated... You have to know flash in order to update the site.There are regular galleries without flash that are nice and can be updated by persons without knowledge. Google airtight interactive gallery
