a.html sends responseText immediatly to b.html?

E.g :
John started a topic in a.html, Sandra navigates b.html,

I want some solutions to let Sandra know about John's topic at once.

Could that be happen?

Notice: we're talking about 2 different sites at the same directory.

Any help will be approciated.
