...microsoft smart client software or w3c rich xp web? could anybody show me a software for operating system backup and recovery very fast like ghost(i cannnot find it),in case my computer have crash or virused,hacked so on and later to an unrepairable state, i can scroll back very fast leaving all the system,application,setting and config,data and files unchanged and also if anyone can tell me if there is any addins or software that can be downloaded used to cache pages,docs, or docs locally on my local computer while remaining the hyperlink the same as it is originally,thus i can access much faster, if any such software, if there is where i can get it

I think that you might want to check out StompSoft's PC Backup. This software will allow you to pick and choose which items you want to back up as well as let you create a bootable disaster recovery CD/DVD that can restore your applications and OS when used in tandem with a regularly created backup file.
