How do I write to an xml file from a DTS ActiveX

script? I already have a FileSystemObject that creates a text file that looks like this: Its supposed to contain the transfer variables for a SQLDTS FTP Custom task (ftp source file & destination). My problem is the task doesnt execute and gives me a loadXML error line:1 pos:1 Invalid at the top level of the document.Ive checked the XML file in a hex editor and I dont see any hidden characters at position 1. Ive also installed MSXML6.0 but it's still not working. What could the problem be?
