"Web 3.0 is a term that has been coined to describe the evolution of Web usage and interaction that includes transforming the Web into a database, a move towards making content accessible by multiple non-browser applications, the leveraging of artificial intelligence technologies and the Semantic web and three dimensional interaction and collaboration."

You can't seriously consider web 3.0, web 2.0 is a joke in itself. It's a facade of a name that has nothing to do with an advance in web technology, but rather in social media. I imagine if there is to be coined a web 3.0 it will be a development on web 2.0, the real web 2.0 won't happen until there are protocol changes and improvements to the basic http/1.1 protocol.
