i am having problems downloading flash player, what

go to start/control panel/Network and internet/internet options and delete your temp. internet files. then try installing again.

Go to www.adobe.com and look for the "Get Adobe Flash Player" icon down the left hand side. Click on this icon and then, without downloading the Flash Player, go to Instruction 6 and click on the "About Flash" icon. If you already have the Adobe Flash Player plug-in in your browser it will come up with a message saying that Adobe Flash Player is installed and the version number. If the message says that you do not have Adobe Flash Player installed, you can go back up to the "Download Now" icon and follow the instructions to download and install Adobe Flash Player.
