HTML code analyzer?

im looking for an HTML Code analyzer. I want to use parts of htlm code for my page but i dont want the other sites links on my page is there a program that you can copy the code into that tells you what each peice of code does?

the closest you can come to, that I know of, are "what you see is what you get editors" They don't tell you what the code is doing but allows you to see the results of the code.HTML is a very simple langauge and most would just look at the source in notepad and take what they want. You can look up tags you are unfamiliar with to see what they are for so you can become familiar with them.
