I use Style Master as a back up to hand coding. It is WYSIWYG. However re reading your question it is not actually that clear what you want to do. I don't know of any programs that will NOT type the CSS, as surely that is the point of a css editor. I aslo doubt if you will get anyone giving you their serial key, AFAIK a serial key is for one persons copy of a product and any other use is illegal in most places.
