HTML is easiest to learn, and it will have everything you need to build a working website. Java, is good to learn, and most useful. You need a background of HTML to learn Java. CSS should be learned after HTML, but not as useful, in my opinion, as Java. CSS and C++ are not the same. CSS is for internet, C++ is for Windows programming, can be used for internet.
