Adobe flash player will buffer problem

Adobe flash player will buffer then just say "stopped" and not play. then the error says windows media player im trying to watch MLB baseball games on the computer. the replay of the games from the previous day will work but the live games wont. the opening commercial will play then the adobe player will just say "buffering" then "stopped." Then the error says Windows Media Player error. Error C00D11D2. i think it is a connection in terms of security. i have shut off the firewall, the pop up blocker. it will play on all the other work computers. it may be a problem trying to acces the proxy server? i dont know. any help would be appreciated.
