good WYSIWYG website editor that accepts CSS too?

Hi,Can anyone give me the best WYSIWYG website editor, and that accepts CSS too. I'm looking for something really really simple to use. I'm looking mostly for the drag and drop capility. I tried Style Master but not what Im looking for... does anyone know a good one??

I have Dreamweaver 8 w/ the entire Adobe Web Bundle. I would recommend Dreamweaver 8 or even the older MX version. You are able to cut / copy / paste as well as design by code. You can also use CSS, AJAX, and XHTML. Basically it is a great all around program for users of all skill types. You might want to check out Adobe Golive as well. I use it every once in awhile just to change things up. Both are good programs.
